TRIAGOLNIK took the initiative and on March 2008 formed The National Youth Workers’ Association with collaboration with more than 40 governmental and nongovernmental institutions and organization. NYWA works in the directions of improvement of the quality of youth work and enriching the knowledge, skills and attitudes of youth workers for their personal and professional development.

The initiating board of the The National Youth Workers’ Association is consisted out of representatives of civic associations, governmental sector, Ministry of education and science and Agency of youth and sport.


NAYW is tenable Youth Workers’ Association and civil/civic societies which work in the field of social, professional and the personal development of the young people in the process of their transition from dependent to independent creators of the society life.


The mission of NAYW is to develop and promote the Youth Worker Profession and to ensure the standards of youth work that would be recognized and accepted from the society.
