Anyone who works with young people, even parents, knows that it is not an easy work. The generation gap makes their interests and preoccupations distinct, as sometimes we talk in a different language. How to approach the youth, to speak the same language, to get them to be interested and to be active in the community? At the same time to help them to solve their own problems, but also to recognize and to develop their potential? With these questions I started the training, and fortunately, I found all the needed answers. Now, I effectively apply the learning and I help the young people to organize, to express their needs and their concerns and to address the relevant institutions and organizations that could help.<>/p
Through the training for organizational development, now, our organization can face the daily challenges more effectively, more professionally and more appropriately. We created annual operating plans, we applied new forms and procedures for planning, and we set up the expected results. Everything goes much easier now. When a problem arises, we do a plan for the steps to be taken, according to the needs of the children in order to improve certain behaviour. We improved the quality of work with the youth because the youth are the ones that we are here for, for their welfare and well-being.
