"What we like the most is the energy in the group and their participation in the activities. In order to develop the group dynamic we are using warm-up games, team-building activities, work in pairs, work in small groups etc. By the use of these methods we want to make members of the group coming from different schools to better know each other, to accommodate with each other, to gain confidence and learn how to communicate so they can actively participate in the discussions and interactive activities. Did we mentioned that we love working with youth? We just can’t wait to start with the next workshop."
