Workshops and trainingsThe workshops and trainings are created in accordance to the researches made on the needs of the youth and the community. They are being implemented with the use of the methods of non-formal education (individual work, work in pairs, group work, panel discussions, shower of thoughts, warm up games, ice-breakers, team building games, role plays etc) The workshops and trainings are delivered by experienced youth workers and volunteers. In the foundation of all of the educational activities is the acquisition of key competencies defined by the Council of Europe as a basic prerequisite for lifelong learning and living and working in a European society that is constantly changing. TetovoDebate workshop:The debate workshop is being implemented in a collaboration with American corner - Tetovo, since March. The workshop was run by Peace corpus volunteer along with the local volunteers and it was visited by 15 young people from Tetovo, from mixed ethnic background. The participants had a chance to debate, on english, around controversial issues through the use of Karl Poper method of debating. This way of working provides them with the opportunity to stimulate creative thinking and tolerance towards different opinions and at the same time they were able to practice their skills in conversational english. As a result of the great interest it was formed second Debate group that was gathering at the Gymnasium "Kiril Pejcinovic"SkopjeWorkshops at the Orphanage "11th of October"

Интервјуирање за работна позиција Photography workshopsWith this workshop we are offering youth to express their creativity through photography. The workshop is run and initiated by young volunteers, members of the Volunteer coordinative body from Skopje, with the support of experience youth worker. The participants are at the age from 17 to 20. The workshops includes two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes: * digital and analog photography * photo taking techniques, quality of the photography * developing creative potential * exchange of experiences The practical part includes taking photos on environmental issues and the theme is: Nature alarm Training in stress managementWe are implementing this training with the support of City of Skopje, at the Info center of City of Skopje, called NVO porta. The goal of the training is to help youth to face their stress in their everyday leaving and to start living freely and start using their potential to the maximum. Content of the training 1. Steps in good planning 2. The stress influence on health 3. Positive stress 4. Managing stress situations As a result of the training youth will be able to understand the concept of stress, to create their own stress diary, to appropriately manage anger and to practice relaxation techniques.
