This body it is consisted from 5 to 7 members, from which 1 is coordinator, while others have responsibilities and duties based on the specific needs. The body works based on a operational plan developed in accordance to the operational plans of Triagolnik. Management skills, organizational skills, communication skills, self-confidence, assertiveness, self-discipline, responsibility are just part of the competencies that volunteers can develop while being members of this body. As one of the most important benefits for the spread of youth work and encouraging active citizenship is the fact that many of the volunteers, in all the municipalities we operate, were participants of our activities, which expressed interest in volunteering in the organization upon completion of activities. It is important that this trend is followed by participants of the Basis in community youth work course too. Upon the completion of the course they organize volunteer activities in their local civic organizations and institutions they work in. Triagolnik works in accordance to the law of volunteering. It supports volunteers in getting voluntary booklet, issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, which is a document that certifies that voluntary work is recognized as gained appropriate work experience.
